How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels run 2 to 4 weeks. Powder rooms can finish in 1 to 2 weeks. Tub-to-shower conversions are typically 5 to 7 days.
Can I keep using my other bathroom during the remodel?
Yes. We seal off the work area and only shut off plumbing to the bathroom we are remodeling, so the rest of your home stays usable. If we are remodeling your only bathroom, we plan the project so you have working plumbing every night.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical, or just the build-out?
All of it. As a licensed general contractor, we handle plumbing rough-in, electrical, drywall, tile, fixtures, vanities, ventilation, and lighting in-house. You get one team and one point of contact: Tom Fisher.
Can you do a tub-to-shower conversion?
Yes. We do tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, curbless showers, and ADA-accessible bathrooms. We will help you choose the right tile, glass, and fixture package at your in-home estimate.
Do you pull permits for bathroom remodels?
Yes. As a licensed Illinois GC, we pull permits and coordinate inspections with your village. You never deal with the permit office.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We back our craftsmanship with a written warranty. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, tile, and materials are honored separately. We will walk you through both at your estimate.
