Alpha Development Group offers SMS / text message communications to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive text messages. We collect mobile phone numbers in two ways: (1) when a visitor submits our online contact form and checks the SMS opt-in checkbox on the contact form, or (2) when a customer or prospect provides verbal consent during a phone call, referral, or in-person interaction and replies YES to a double opt-in confirmation text.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used solely for project-related communications including: contact form receipt acknowledgments, estimate appointment scheduling and reminders, in-home estimate appointment confirmations, and post-project review requests. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstance.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any text message from Alpha Development Group. Opt-out is immediate. 4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
